Refund policy

 

RETURNS:

We have a 7 day return policy on in-store purchases & online orders with 'Local Pick Up' as their preferred pick up method, in exchange for store credit. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request/ return your item. We have a 14 day return policy on items shipped. This means you have 7 days to send an email request for the return and then an additional 7 days to return the item/items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We DO NOT issue refunds, however, we DO issue store credit. All returns must be approved via email at withmysoulboutique@outlook.com. Returns must be started via email within 7 days of delivery date. Please email before returning or returns will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to come to/ be sent to the following address: 212 W Spotswood Ave Elkton, VA 22827

 

DAMAGAES / MISSING ITEMS:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! All reports need to be made within 3 days of being delivered/ picked up or it cannot be returned. Upon us sending you a confirmation email, all damaged items must be returned within 7 days of delivery/ pick up or it cannot be returned.
