John 2:1-11 This story is so amazing!! It was the first of the signs of Jesus's miracles, signs, & wonders! I think my favorite part of this story is we as Christians here about Jesus as.. JESUS, miracle worker, but we don't think about him being a Child, Son, in the flesh, himself. Mary, his mother, was the one who told him about the wine being empty & Jesus's response was "..my time has not yet come" Yet he did it anyway? Because he was practicing what he preached, for lack of better term. One of the Ten Commandments is to Honor Your Father & Your Mother... & Jesus did exactly that! Jesus didn't just show us in his life how to heal the sick, recover the blind, & raise the dead. He also taught us the simple things that we think are minute & unnecessary in a sense. I hope little studies like this help us all strive to be like Jesus & not only worry about the big miracles in life but also the small things because to God... it all matters!
